We use Zoho CRM Plus to manage customer relationships, to handle email campaigns, and to track our sales funnel from prospect to lead to customer. We use the ticketing system to keep track of items needing attention. We are working to integrate additional modules to track our quotes and follow our profitability.
  • The CRM interface is very intuitive and easy to configure.
  • Zoho CRM plus integrates well with other tools that we already use (Google Workspace and phone provider)
  • Migration was relatively hassle free as the system learns mapping and remembers it freeing up time.
  • Sometimes, I feel that I wait too long for it to load (I see a loading message).
  • The inability to mass update accounts easily (without a workaround) is vexing.
  • Setting up email campaigns is not as easy as it should be. The most difficult is being able to insert personal items (like the lead's name).
I migrated my company from another CRM that we used for years. While it was effective, it lacked the great browser feel of Zoho. Many of the items on offer from Zoho for free were items that were fee based at the prior company. Additionally, I like the ability to pay monthly and not have a minimum number of users. I have had a great experience receiving support from Zoho thus far.

Best tool currently available in the market. I have been using the tool for more than half a year now and although the customer service could be better in my opinion it is still something that I would use in-case of an emergency. I would recommend the tool to daily users who are fed-up with Salesforce and it's rigorous processes

When it comes to sales and deal management the software has some very nice options where it is very easy to manage the layout, the fields and the information that you want to present to yourself and to your colleagues. It is generally a very easy to use UI and lead generation with the scan app is something that cannot be easier

It has streamlined our process and saved us a fortune on alternative services.
  • Process Calls
  • Keep teams organized
  • organize analytical data
  • The startup process made me adjust my spreadsheets before migration.
  • users are only able to be on 1 instance of the software.
  • There is to many options
Processing potential customer data and getting figure on success and failure rates.

We use it every day as a base to deal with our clients and keep track of emails, tasks, and phone calls. We use it monthly for campaigns. Sales IQ lets me know when someone is visiting our site, and I can start conversations with them. Social also me to post and engage from one platform.
  • Emails are automatically populated for contacts. No need to search inbox for conversations
  • Reports are easy to customize and use to track different aspects of our business and see where we are in the sales cycle
  • Survey allows me to see the bounce rate, who open and how many times, and rates responders, so we know who to contact immediately
  • Does not integrate with Microsoft word 2019 seamlessly. I understand Zoho Writer is the preferred method; however, fonts and layouts are not to Word's standards. I need to apply for a workaround to every letter.
  • I cannot send an email from Gmail. I need to use Zoho mail or Outlook. The workaround is to copy the email address and paste it into Gmail. The good thing is Gmail syncs with Zoho, so the outgoing and incoming emails do link with contacts. Ideally, I would like to use 1 platform.
  • Calendar should have options so priorities could be listed by color. Or, as an overview, I could see all users in a different color.
Starting with campaigns, once we send the campaign out, prospects who open it are moved into the sales funnel; the sales team then calls or emails the prospect. Our VOIP works in conjunction with Zoho CRM Plus, so phone calls are logged into the contact. And generates another call, letter, or appointment with the client on the Zoho calendar. Emails are sent through Gmail since Zoho CRM Plus does not work with Gmail. The client's email must be copied and pasted into Gmail. (responses are tracked in the Zoho CRM Plus). Once the sales team meets with the client and starts the process, it turns into an "opportunity" where all stages in the sale are tracked. We mail merge the contact info to the correct letter template, then download it into "Word," where the letter is proofed and corrected as necessary (Zoho merge does not allow you to work in "Word" 2019). When finalized, it is then uploaded back into Zoho CRM Plus under the Opportunity. The sale then continues through the process, and once signed off on, all the details of the job are logged into the Zoho CRM Plus. When the job is completed and closed out, Zoho CRM Plus automatically sends the client a thank you email. The client will then can biannual automatic emails reminding them to set up their bi-annual inspection.

Our field sales reps use the system to manage deals and submit orders along with managing their accounts and related contacts. We have multiple custom modules within the system to help reps also. The system has a decent task engine where any record can have tasks and those tasks from any module all appear on one screen. We also use reporting dashboards extensively.
  • Manage tasks.
  • Decent dashboard reporting.
  • Easy to use.
  • Easy to customize.
  • Managing attachments. Limited space for each user and you can’t easily delete attachments in bulk so if you reach your limit it becomes expensive to buy more space or labor-intensive to find and delete attachments manually.
  • You can’t filter accounts by their related module fields. For example, in list view, filter all accounts with more than one contact.
Bang for buck you can’t beat it but be prepared for missing features and poor support. Features that are missing are always “in the roadmap” but take years to be delivered. A great system but becoming increasingly frustrating to use. Promised features are years behind planned release dates. A language barrier exists with support. It is very difficult to explain the most simplistic of issues. Their live chat support is very frustrating to use as a 3 question conversation can take an hour because support is probably handling 10 different chats at the same time!

We use Zoho CRM Plus extensively throughout the organization. Salespeople use the CRM, marketing people use the marketing tools. Operations people also use CRM and Cliq to manage tasks on order fulfillment.
  • The ability to customize the CRM is unmatched
  • The ease of integration with other Zoho apps is excellent
  • The sales automation allows us to do more in less time
  • The value of the package saves us tens of thousands each year
  • The CRM does not have dynamic formula fields. You must edit the record to calculate a new formula field. A simple viewing of the record will not re-calculate the field.
  • Subforms on records are great but not being able to use these in email templates is a missing feature.
Zoho CRM Plus is well suited to companies with an IT-savvy administrator. To get the best out of this software you need to go beyond basic point and click interfaces. The ability to write and implement custom functions that extend the application is huge but it does take time to navigate the learning curve. If you want a ready-to-go system that is all point and clicks Zoho CRM Plus might not be the best for you. If you want a system that can be completely tailored to your organization rather than tailoring the company to the software then Zoho CRM Plus is for you!

Zoho CRM Plus is the suite that offers 10 products under 1 unified interface. It's extremely easy to work in CRM, handle Sales IQ Chats, fip to Zoho Analytics, Desk, Projects, and Marketing. All apps exist in a left navigation menu and the interface is extremely intuitive to use. We needed a flexible solution and were fed up with Salesforce's games and migrated to Zoho and never looked back.
  • Easy to switch between apps.
  • Unified interface.
  • Very easy to administer.
  • Add marketing automation to the package.
  • Add Zoho Forms to the package.
  • Give the ability to hide Apps to certain user roles in left CRM Plus navigation.
We can handle Sales and Marketing in the same package. CRM, SalesIQ, Zoho Analytics are key for our Sales Team. While our IT Marketing Team can utilize the remaining applications. It's a great mix of Zoho products and assembled in an easy bundle.

Zoho CRM Plus was purchased as part of the Zoho One platform. With several leftover databases from acquired companies, and our older data (from Nutshell), we needed to implement a single CRM to drive our sales and operations teams. We use the CRM to keep track of leads, deals, and accounts (as I'm sure most do). We were seeking a solution in sales to operationalize the 'speed-to-lead' live leads (through companies like BuyerZone), as well as handle acquired lead lists we wanted to call through. As we continued to uncover the feature set, we also implemented automated email blasts to nurture leads. In Operations, we utilized Zoho CRM Plus to handle important notifications of statuses of our existing clients. For example, clients on the cusp of cancellation would trigger notification and changing of fields to help our customer service team to go through their processes. In time we optimized as many processes as we could using the workflows. This includes automating task lists, email notifications, and more. We've even started exploring the 'Canvas' feature to better optimize the productivity of our teams.
  • Workflows and Automations allow you to trigger nearly any advanced functions you could imagine to improve productivity.
  • Integrated email blast and parser.
  • Canvas UI builder allows you to reorganize content into the best configuration depending on the team members.
  • Automations and certain functions do need to be hard-coded... so a steep learning curve depending on your need.
  • PhoneBridge integration was not available for our system.
  • Integrated email inboxes are NOT related to ZohoMail, which means you can end up managing 2 inboxes.
For small to medium-sized businesses, you can't get a more robust CRM system for the money. Because of the ease of use of the workflow builder in a single day I was able to set up complex automation that triggered notifications and emails to both customer and sales team members based on actions on a landing page I built elsewhere in Zoho (Zoho Sites). Was able to make a CRM lead intake form on the site tie directly to the CRM such that a new lead got an introductory email from the company, assigned to a specific sales team member based on certain answers on the form, and then that sales team member received a direct message to their phone to take next steps. We also created automated task lists populated based on certain actions. For example, when a deal was 'Closed/Won', it triggers automated emails to the operations teams, and a 16 step implementation process is assigned to various team members to usher the new account into production.

Currently, we use Zoho CRM Plus to input in track sales leads as well as current clients and project info. <br>We use a pipeline feature to track your project sales and the different stages of the sales process.<br>We also use as a normal CRM for all contacts' contact info and we tag individuals in the companies to be put on different email marketing lists.
  • Tagging
  • Account/Company profile pages
  • Task/Reminder feature
  • Integration between CRM and Zoho Campaigns. Contact lists do no transfer over well.
  • Being able to mass select and mass delete contacts in CRM. This would have been helpful when we did an upload incorrectly before we fully learned the product and how we should have imported data.
  • Be able to tie account and contacts better without it being so manual. Wish accounts where called companies. Works better for our org structure.
Zoho CRM Plus it was great for sales and having detailed account pages with all the data and information you need for client calls and sales tracking. The integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns is severely lacking and I wish the email functionality was better. The workflows and user experience is not intuitive and I feel like you need formal training before diving in.

We use it to identify inbound phone calls to identify if they are an existing customer or a new customer. If they are an existing customer, we are easily able to view past sales details to customize the ordering processing. In addition, we heavily use the salesIQ feature to chat with online customers and field online questions/issues.
  • Ease of integration with other zoho application
  • Ease of integration with external apps
  • All of the CRM Plus apps automatically interact with each other.
  • Clear guidance of what is/isn't included in the CRM Plus pack -- what level does CRM Plus provide compared to the individual app tiers.
Very well suited for small businesses

We use Zoho CRM Plus for lead management, CRM, and help desk software. It helps us collect and consolidate customer data from their first visit to our website all the way through the sales funnel to conversion and customer support.

  • team collaboration tools
  • handling and merging duplicates leads
  • assignment of help desk tickets
As a small business with limited resources to devote to learning a new CMS, Zoho is remarkably easy to understand and set up. We had been using Salesforce and we're treading water for months trying to get it to do what we needed it to do. With Zoho, we were up in running in a couple of weeks. And it does everything we need it to. I'm consistently surprised with everything Zoho has thought of - all of this functionality in a single app was a pleasant surprise.

We use Zoho CRM Plus for our end-to-end sales ops and delivery operations. We also use it for customer surveys and email campaigns. We use it internally to manage projects and tickets. We use Sales IQ to provide live chat support as well. We also use its analytics tool to keep a close eye on our critical KPIs.
  • It is highly customizable
  • It has good integration capabilities through APIs
  • It is fast to deploy
  • Good knowledgebase and articles to support users to quickly understand and adopt the tool
  • Reporting and analytics are difficult.
  • HTML coding could lead to strange results. Report emails, especially in analytics, are not very friendly. It looks like a poor-resolution picture.
  • Survey tool is not very customizable, especially if you want to embed it in your webpage. The pop-up does not behave properly sometimes.
Zoho CRM Plus is well suited in managing sales ops from lead generation to billing. It is also a good tool for project management and ticketing and creating KB. It adequate for analytics, but that still needs improvement.

We use Zoho CRM Plus to all sales related activities, customer relationship, product management, website chat, website tracking, social media management, email marketing, analytics and reporting. Overall it really helps us streamlining marketing and sales processes, measuring and improving them.
  • Customization is easily done and doesn't necessarily require an expert (not like with some competing tools)
  • Documentation, forums and customer support is great
  • API is well documented and works like a breeze
  • Unlimited sandboxes and two click deployment of changes is awesome
  • Free developer user account for external vendors
  • Data enrichment on accounts/contacts works poorly to what I've seen in other software
Zoho CRM Plus brings a lot of functionality at a very reasonable price. With custom modules, functions etc you can pretty much build whatever you need. For the end-user I find it to be very convenient and easy to use.

We use Zoho CRM Plus for sales, marketing, and service delivery. We selected Zoho CRM Plus after using competitive products from Microsoft, Salesforce, and early contact management systems. Our business is helping owners/CEO's of computer software technology organizations get the most out of their sales and marketing organizations. Our focus on CEO's/Owners is deliberate as many organizations are misfiring on sales and marketing due to factors outsides of the sales and marketing departments. We quickly identify these problems and work with the CEO to remedy the problem in days and weeks, as opposed to most organizations that just want you to invest more dollars in their tools. We recommend Zoho CRM Plus due to its comprehensiveness, expandability, configurability, price point, and overall business model. It is one of the few solutions that can focus on a customer's business and processes at a very fair price. The price point, configuration capabilities, and tremendous breadth of functionality are best in the business.
  • Customer Relationship Management. (Sales, Marketing, Services). All are in one location and provide 360 degree views to all departments
  • Opportunity and Pipeline Management - Multiple pipelines and forecasting capabilities.
  • Project Management - Extremely functional PM software full integrated with CRM
  • Digital Marketing Management (website integration, Artificial Intelligence)
  • Deluge debugging tools within functions
  • Email templates that are more character based and not so graphical.
  • More advanced reporting (reports - in reports) (we know it's coming though)
We made the switch from Salesforce.com to Zoho CRM due to Zoho's flexible business model. Salesforce required payment for the year in advance, and you have to provide 90 notices of non-renewal. Salesforce would not allow smaller companies to not pay all upfront. Zoho provides a good discount for payment upfront but lets the customer choose. Zoho has great out-of-the-box functionality but also has the ability to make configuration changes based on workflows, business templates, and field changes. This "personalizes" the experience for the users and company and also drives more adoption and use for the company.

  • User website tracking

Zoho performs well in sales & marketing environments and is certainly more price-competitive than many of the better-known competitors, based in California. The latitude for customization for each company (without having to engage an outside professional services firm) is unparalleled. Tech support hold times are very reasonable and there is a plethora of training available on the internet. Zoho is the largest company no one in the U.S. has ever heard of. We use Zoho CRM Plus for all sales activity, including Project monitoring. There are a number of sub tasks under each project that we monitor against plan and actual, while also monitoring sales process. There are some challenges in tracking multiple integration projects under a single Purchase Order, which could be simplified or streamlined. Also updating of sub-tasks in a project, by individuals should not be considered as a separate user, since they only use one function. Zoho should consider this, since the functionality versus price in these cases is not justified. All said and done Zoho has been outstanding as a product.
  • Tracking Sales Process
  • Ability to customize fields & screens
  • Develop ad hoc & custom reports
  • Allow Project Task update without the need for a chargable User ID
  • Simplify large orders, which may have several sub-projects / tasks
Good for sale process management, less useful as a project management tool

It is NOT being used because [I believe] it doesn't work. STOP TESTING YOUR UPDATES ON LIVE CUSTOMERS!!! [In my experience] every rollout had at least has some fairly major bugs, but this one has my whole company at a standstill.

  • Stops Working.
  • Updates on Monday morning.
  • Make sure your new features/interfaces, etc work before rolling them out on live customers.

We use Zoho CRM Plus to help automate our sales and marketing efforts in the company. We use Campaigns and SalesIQ for marketing, and almost the entire sales automation capabilities. Our executive management team also uses Zoho CRM to drill into sales efforts for existing and new customers, and our engineering team uses Zoho CRM+ as a basis for managing the quotation process.
  • Zoho CRM Plus is very good at automating many functional areas of our company including: sales, marketing, operations, and engineering. It is functionally rich, and matches the functionality we used to have with Salesforce.com, but at a much more reasonable cost.
  • Zoho CRM Plus is easily "configured" to match our business processes. The ability to configure the user interface is very good, and the "BluePrint", custom functions, and reporting allow us to automate our unique operational needs.
  • The buying process for Zoho CRM is extremely friendly. You can switch between software types from basic CRM to Zoho CRM +. You also can pay monthly, or annually, and don't have to purchase months before your renewal dates and get pestered by sales people.
  • It would be nice to have more comprehensive video's and explanations on how to customize the system.
  • It would be nice to have a listing of local resellers and consultants so that if we needed help we could get it. We would prefer to work with local people than virtual conversations
  • It would be nice for Zoho CRM Plus to integrate telephony with cell phones instead of having to purchase a telephony system that integrates with Zoho CRM.
• For organizations that have yet to make the CRM move, Zoho CRM Plus is a great place to start.
• For organizations looking to provide more integrations between their sales, marketing, and services integrations, Zoho CRM Plus is an affordable way to experience those benefits.

Zoho is used by the whole company. We link Zoho CRM Plus to our Shopify websites; we use Zoho Social; we use Zoho campaigns and we keep track of all of the touchpoints with our customers. Our customers are dentists and we have to capture many fields of data about the customers. We have to associate different accounts and create market segments--Zoho allows for all of this customization.
  • Zoho modules make sense for marketing and interconnect very well.
  • It is easy to train new employees to use Zoho CRM Plus.
  • Customization of the dashboards and reports is very straightforward.
  • Employees of all ages can use Zoho CRM Plus.
  • We have struggled to figure out groups, tags, and other segmentation features.
  • Zoho can pull directly from Google Drive but not Dropbox.
  • User meetings could expand training in use of Zoho Social.
We started our company with Zoho and have "grown up" with it. It is not intimidating to use. It is easy to research features and get answers to questions. There is always more that we could do with Zoho, but we also have been satisfied with its total reliability. I have recommended it to many friends starting out, and I have also seen 3 friends use very complex and extensive applications of Zoho CRM Plus.

It is very important to have 1 single tool to manage everything:
  1. Contact management.
  2. Monitoring the sales activities.
  3. Tracking on the project progress.
  4. Publishing information to the social media.
  5. Tracing campaigns & corresponding results.
Really great to avoid additional tools like social media management outside the CRM package... Once you have got everything in place, you will find a bigger bill but more importantly the time consumed.

Also, it is very important for a small business without the minimum number of user requirement.
  • Social media integration.
  • Project management.
  • Analytics & reports.
  • Import contacts - could not map all columns directly even using the template given...
  • Social - better to have YouTube integration if possible.
  • Fit for businesses of all sizes.
  • Reasonable costs (everything there w/o buying N packages).
  • Nice speed (compared to other cloud service provider).
  • Integration with other Zoho tools like Meeting, Webinar, etc., saves a lot of time & effort for management.

I chose Zoho because no other system did everything I wanted it to do. I noticed that users could "program" the system to do what they wanted it to do. It's used as our CRM, e-marketing, and chat on our website.
  • Programmable
  • Friendly customer service
  • Very strong system which is capable of almost anything
  • Difficult to understand the support
  • It's so complex that they need to provide one person to help you get the system setup. Setup took a tremendous amount of time and it's not totally setup yet. I do need additional help in setting it up and they are very helpful in doing this. I would have preferred I tell them what I needed and they created the entire system for me. But, it doesn't work that way.
  • There are several bugs in the system and frustrations. sometimes the customer service says it will do something and it doesn't. So, it doesn't seem like everyone in customer service knows how to operate the system. But, it could be that part of the problem is that you work with different people each time you call. When I started asking for the same person, it became better for us. But, there still are bugs.
Should be well suited for any business with the proper setup. I'm a computer person and it's still a very complex system, but it's also very capable with the right setup.

At Pemco, we have been using Zoho CRM and recently upgraded to CRM Plus in order to take advantage of the additional applications that come as a bundle. The modules that are most frequently used are Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, and Sales IQ. I also have had some marginal success with Zoho Survey. Most of our activities work towards lead generation, customer follow-up, sending quotes and tracking sales.

Within just the CRM I mostly use Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Invoices, Reports and Forms. I am a solo user responsible for digital marketing and customer follow-up. CRM Plus allows me to integrate several aspects of marketing into one platform.
  • I use Zoho Social the most. There is a feature called "Bulk Scheduler". By uploading a spreadsheet with a number of posts I can schedule out up to 300 social posts to our Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google accounts at once. Then on the specified day and time, the posts go live. I typically only do a couple of weeks at a time so that I can keep the posts relevant to topics we are concerned with.
  • Pemco sells surgical instruments to hospitals. The end users are the surgeons. Surgeons may have privileges at multiple hospitals. In order for us to accurately reflect the information about our doctors and hospitals, Zoho CRM Plus has a "many-to-many" feature. This allows doctors to be associated with multiple hospitals, and hospitals to have many doctors associated.
  • I use the territory management feature to track sales by representatives. This is also a feature unique to Zoho CRM Plus. This helps us track commissions for the reps.
  • Our sales are done through purchase orders. We have no e-commerce. Therefore, in order to get invoices into Zoho, I have to work with a 3rd party to integrate the data with our financial data. It is tedious to get it correct. Not all the data integrates properly. It would be nice if Zoho had a more simplified way to integrate QuickBooks with CRM Plus
  • While there is a way to deduplicate contacts, leads and accounts, there currently is not a way to deduplicate products. I would like this feature added.
  • I appreciate the important features of CRM Plus that I use such as Territory management and 'many-to-many" relational database. As a single user, I do not have the need for gamification, Blueprint, and many other applications. I would like an option to better customize which module I use and then get credit back to take off the modules I don't use.
Zoho CRM Plus is rich with applications to address sales, marketing, post-market follow-up, social media marketing, customer portals for addressing concerns. It is appropriate for larger companies with multiple users. There are many customization options. Tracking sales by territory, filtering groups for email campaigns by customer and getting data on open and click rates are great features that I use.
I have not gotten a vote of confidence from our accountants to use Zoho for financial data, for example, billing and invoicing. So we still use QuickBooks and have to integrate

Zoho CRM Plus offers several modules of which I primarily use Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Analytics. The CRM and Campaigns are used by both my company to promote ourselves with targeted email campaigns, as well as to manage email campaigns for select clients.

Zoho Analytics is used by myself as well as a product that I market to clients (Custom Dashboards). Zoho Anaytics is more than worth the cost of CRM Plus by itself as it's a joy to use and exceptionally intuiative.
  • Zoho CRM Plus is a powerful cloud based CRM which I integrate with Zapier allowing connectivity to hundreds of cloud based modules.
  • Zoho Campaigns is a huge improvement over my last CRM campaign and is easy to use and very visual based.
  • Zoho Analytics is something I couldn't do without as I've built detailed Dashboards for my clients with the Zapier interface providing the link to multiple data sources.
  • I don't have any cons for Zoho CRM Plus itself. Any powerful CRM system is always a learning challenge. You have to be committed to learning the system in order to get the most out of it.
Zoho CRM Plus is a suite of modules so there is very little it cannot do. But, if there is something, then you can use Zapier to access modules that complement Zoho CRM Plus. I've got several data sources that automatically update CRM Plus whenever there are changes to the data in that module - this is accomplished by Zapier tasks.

You can also use any of the modules as a standalone basis which is what I originally did with Zoho Analytics, and then grew into using the CRM and Campaigns.

We are implementing Zoho in a business to manage the sales function and expect to extend this across four other sites in the near future. It is a business selling retirement village and aged care accommodation. Currently, it is used in the sales team and at the executive level as their key CRM/reporting tool as to sales progress in the current village.
  • Simple to use
  • Good ability to customise
  • Sales IQ is excellent
  • Integration with Outlook / Gmail is a great bonus
  • Some areas in automation are difficult for a new user that is implementing the system
  • Workflows and blueprints are a little challenging
Well suited in any sales business that is seeking to improve results or have better reporting about its customers/pipeline and ultimately revenue generation.
